This monograph defines an evaluation system to assess the impact of solidarity group programs in 22 of ACCION's Latin American affiliates, and analyzes the various components, benefits and characteristics of an impact evaluation process. The monograph proposes a conceptual framework for impact analysis, which defines four areas of impact: the beneficiary, the program, the institution and the local context.
